RESEARCH BOARD COMMUNITY

Community Guidelines

Community posts reflect individual members’ opinions and research. They are not financial advice, recommendations, or endorsements by StockBoard. Investing involves risk, including loss of capital.

What this is for

The Research Board Community is a place to share your own research, watchlists, and thinking with other StockBoard members, and to learn from theirs. It is research-sharing, not investment advice, brokerage, or social trading.

What's not allowed

  • Buy/sell signals, price targets framed as guarantees, or language implying certainty of returns (e.g. "guaranteed", "can't lose").
  • Coordinating trades, pump-and-dump behavior, or copy-trading requests.
  • Spam, scams, unrelated promotions, or repeated low-effort posts.
  • Harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or abusive language.
  • Sharing anyone's personal information — including your own email address, phone number, or other identifying details — in a post, comment, or report.
  • Misleading claims about your track record, credentials, or affiliation with StockBoard.

What you control when you publish

Publishing never makes your private watchlists, positions, alerts, journal entries, or plans public. Every publish flow starts with everything turned off — you choose exactly which fields to include, and you can edit the wording before it goes live. Buy zones, price targets, position sizes, cost basis, and alerts can never be published, by design.

Reactions

You can mark another member's published post "Helpful" once. Tap it again to remove your reaction. You can't react to your own posts, and reaction counts are never used to rank or promote posts.

Reporting a post

If a post breaks these guidelines, use the Report button on the post to flag it for our team. Reports are only visible to you and to StockBoard's moderators — never to other members. We review reports and may hide or remove posts that violate these guidelines.
